I am not a sauna company that found wellness. I am someone obsessed with health and wellness who ended up selling saunas.

I have one. I use it. What changed for me was not dramatic or overnight — it was sleeping better, steadier mood, more energy through the day. The kind of difference you only really notice when you stop for a week and feel it go.

The other half of it is less measurable and probably matters just as much. A sauna at the end of the night, with friends or family in it, is one of the few places people actually sit still and talk. No screens, nowhere to be. That turned out to be the part I would miss most.

So that is the honest version. No long family trade, no origin story. I liked what regular sauna bathing did for me, I wanted other people around the Jersey Shore to have access to the real thing rather than a cheap box, and I became an authorized SaunaLife dealer to do it.

What that means for you

SaunaLife builds in Northern Europe from thermally treated spruce. I did not design these and I will not pretend otherwise — what I do is make sure you end up with the right one, that it gets to your house, and that you are not on your own once it arrives.

That means telling you when a smaller model is the right call, being straight about what delivery actually involves, and picking up the phone afterwards. I would rather talk someone out of the wrong sauna than process a return on a freight item.
