Harvia KIP 4.5kW Sauna Heater Package

The Harvia KIP is the straightforward Finnish workhorse: stainless steel, dual-wall construction so the outside stays cool to the touch, and it heats fast. Nothing fussy, nothing to go wrong, parts available anywhere.

This is the small-room heater. It is the right choice for the compact models in the range rather than a downgrade — a bigger element in a small room overshoots and cycles off before the stones are properly loaded with heat, which is how you end up with harsh, dry air instead of good löyly. It also runs on a smaller circuit than the 6 and 8 kW heaters, which can save real money on the electrical work.

Choosing your control. The built-in dial sits on the heater itself — turn it on when you walk out to the sauna. The Wi-Fi option adds Harvia’s Xenio controller, so you can start it from your phone and walk out to a sauna that is already hot. Most people who use their sauna on a schedule end up wanting the Wi-Fi.

Every package is complete. Heater, control and sauna stones are all included — there is nothing else to order to make it work.

What shipping will cost

• Heater on its own: $198 flat to New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
• Heater bought together with a sauna: no freight charge at all. It travels on the same crate as your sauna, so your sauna’s freight covers both.

Checkout will add the $198 even when there is a sauna in your cart — Shopify cannot tell the two cases apart. We remove it when we call to confirm your order, before any payment is taken. You are never charged freight twice.
