We call you before we charge you.Placing an order puts a hold on your card — it does not complete the sale. We confirm the model, the heater and how the crate comes off the truck, then take payment. Nothing is charged until we have spoken.

The ladle on its own, for replacing one that has gone missing or pairing with a bucket you already own. Aluminum bowl, bamboo handle.

  • Materials: aluminum bowl, bamboo handle
  • Finish: black

The handle does not get hot. Bamboo stays cool enough to pick up even after it has been sitting in a hot room, which is the whole reason the handle is not metal all the way down.
